Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping times and rates

- United States: estimated 5–10 business days after processing.
- International: We currently ship within the United States only.
- Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders of 2 or more bottles. A flat shipping rate applies to single-bottle orders, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier issues, customs, and high-demand periods can cause delays beyond our control.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors, then contact us at hello@swoune.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve it. If your package arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help.
