Welcome to swoune.com. This Site is operated by Swoune ("we," "us"). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from this Site.

2. Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and pricing accurately. Colors, packaging, and details may vary slightly. All prices are in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing errors.

3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

4. Subscriptions and recurring billing
Some Swoune products are offered on a subscription basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout (Swoune subscriptions bill every 4 weeks / 28 days), until you cancel.

- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically. We'll charge your payment method before each shipment at the then-current subscription price.
- Cancel or change anytime: You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@swoune.com. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date.
- No long-term commitment: There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders unless explicitly stated at checkout.

5. Guarantee and refunds
Purchases are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 60-day money-back guarantee.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the Swoune name — is owned by Swoune and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

8. Disclaimers
Our products are cosmetic personal-care items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law and our stated guarantee. Always follow the usage directions provided.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swoune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swoune from any claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class-action waiver
We want to fix problems directly first. Email hello@swoune.com and we will work with you in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and Swoune agree it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Swoune each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing hello@swoune.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out."

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
